Is the Library open?
Yes. The library is open from Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm, with NO NOON BREAK. For summer and semestral break, the Library is open from Monday to Friday, 8 AM-12 PM to 1 PM-5 PM.
How to access Library Collections?
Library resources are posted on the library website or through OPAC at https://jmlib.jblfmu.edu.ph/opac/
Can we borrow books from the library?
YES. Bonafide students, faculty, and staff of JBLF must present their valid school IDs to borrow books from the library.
Outside researchers from the members of the Library Consortium in Iloilo City must present a recommendation from their respective Library Heads to access the library’s resources.
Alumni can use the library resources upon presentation of their alumni identification card.
How can we access the library and its resources?

How long can we keep the books that we borrow? If we are going to borrow books in the library?

What are the library’s online services?
The Library offers the following online services:
• Ask a Librarian!
o A virtual reference service that allows clients to communicate with the librarian online. You can send a message at m.me/jblfmumololibrary, or you can send us an email at jm.library@jblfmu.edu.ph.
• Online Document Delivery
o Scanning services of the library where reference materials requested by the library client, such as book chapters, journal articles, and other print materials, are scanned into electronic format and sent through email. Clients may fill out and submit this form to access ODD services: https://tinyurl.com/jmlibODD
• Access to Electronic Resources
o Subscribed and Open Access multidisciplinary online databases are accessible to library clients 24/7.
